Different versions of ZeusRS are shortly described below : ZeusRS Portal ZeusRS Portal version, is designed to sell all touristic goods and services that are entered into system by system owner and system users to end user travellers, ie wandering internet user.
This system can process flight, hotel, tour, car rental sales of hundreds of different agencies to internet users without a glitch. A traveller who is making a reservation can get flight from an agency, hotel from another agency, rent a car from a third different agency and tour from another agency that has no connection with the others, all combined into one reservation. Then all related agencies are notified by the system according to the services they will provide. And the reservation is saved into the database with all neccessary details like transfer dates and destinations, voucher and bill details, neccessary hotel information and so on. System can report who, when and at which airport will need a transfer for each day on demand, with detailed group information. This helps optimizing the transfer sorties to the airport and destinations, allowing for saving costs. Also for any desired interval, detailed financial report can be obtained, which in detail describes all receivables, payables and transactions occured in given period with detail. System owner receives the commission s/he set for each different agency's sales in intervals desired. This, with the ability to be easily modified for making online transactions with credit card or bank accounts, enables the system owner to create a commercial hub. ZeusRS Semi-Internal Semi-Internal version combines the portal system with an agency only interface.
This system takes the touristic goods and services data that is entered by the system owner, and sells it to the end user internet travellers and system user branches or agencies. When a sale is made to the end user internet traveller, system records all income to system owners account and when a sale is made to a branch or agency, system records the related commission as payable to the reservation-making agency, and the rest as receivable for the system owner. All features present in ZeusRS Portal version are present in the Semi-Internal version.
ZeusRS Internal ZeusRS Internal version is designed to be utilized by a system owner that wants only its branches or cooperating agencies to use the system. As a result, Internal version does not sell services directly to the travellers. It allows only system user agencies to make reservations from the services entered by the system owner. All other features in Semi-Internal version are also present in Internal version.
